WHAT WE DO
We deliver customised software solutions for your business according to your specifications, and restrictions in design and functionality. We complete projects on time, and always within projected budget. All along the development path, we use processes that limit disappointment, but clearly mapping out requirements, and expections of the software. We specialise in developing webbased / browser based client/server application, however, we can also provide tools that work in standard windows / linux enviornment with ease.

SKILLSET
Our programmers have a wide range of programming abilities, including, but not limited to : PHP, PERL, C, C++, JAVA, MySQL, AJAX, Javascript, HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, VB, BASIC, XML, XHTML, CSS, FireBird, MSSQL and BASH. We specialise in building fast, easy to use and simple to operate programs that are suitable for high performance applications.

HOW WE WORK
From our experience, projects are best done in five stages. The following is a little detail on the stages we employ and what to expect in all stages.

Initial Contact Stage
During this stage, we talk to the clients and get the broad general overview of what the client expects, the kind of budget the client is working with, and the time to completion that the client is asking for. We also at this phase return to the client information on what we propose as a solution. Part of this is a feature list, a schedule for development, and a rought cost estimate.

Research and Design Stage
This is when our programmers look at existing technologies, and determine if it possible to work with existing software and create specific parts of the project as a deskcheck. At this stage, a complete overview of the final applications is developed, and shown to the client. This may include a rough test site to get approaches checked.

Development Stage
This is when our programmers develop the code for the application. We provide the client with some beta products during the test phase to asses the workflow, and if the client is happy, we keep coding. If adjustments are needed, we apply and change the code to reflect the client's needs. Some simple manuals are also developed at this stage.

Sandbox Testing Stage
At this stage of the process we have the final release candidate, and the client is also given a set of final manuals. There are bugs in the system that would be eliminated at this point, and a final solution to the client's brief would be delivered at this point.

Deployment Stage
At this stage, the client would be deploying the product ( unless is requested by the client to do so for them ), and prepare training material for the end users.

Increasing the servers ability serve 2000% more images without any load on the server at all. Currently the system is employed by a fansite for Emma Watson - teenaged actress playing Hermione in the blockbuster movie series Harry Potter.

Traffic Pattern Analyser - Based on images supplied by external programs, and scanning for moving objects on fixed background, the system is used to determine defects in products in a production line.
