| Hardware Replacement SLA : We use HP or Dell Branded servers and systems are production tested before deployment. We maintain hardware spares on site, and endevour to do these very fast. We do not give gurantee on the replacement time, however, generally between 2 - 8 hours depending on time of day is the usual for complete system replacement. However, if you require GURANTEED SLA with significant credits, we offer upto 100% for 24 hour - however, you need to enquire and make sure the server you are ordering falls into this. |
